Site Access

Access to the RangRasiya site is permitted only temporarily. We aim to update our site accordingly and make necessary changes, including the product details and pricing. If any need arises, we might suspend access to the site without any notice.

We are not liable for the damages or losses generated from the outdated information on our site. You are responsible for ensuring that you are aware of the terms and conditions.

Purchase and payment

By purchasing on the RangRasiya site, you confirm that the bank account or credit/debit details used belong to you, or the owner or account holder has expressly authorized you to use it.

Every payment via credit/debit card is subjected to validation checks. If the payment card issuer refuses to authorize the payment, we are not liable for the delay in delivery or nondelivery.

All transactions on this site are processed via a secure online payment gateway which encrypts the card details in a completely safe host environment.

Order Cancellation

To cancel the order, you must notify within seven working days after the payment. After seven days, cancellation orders are against the terms of RangRasiya, and we will not be liable for the losses.

You can call us or write to us by email with your order number to cancel your order.

Bespoke orders or customized orders are not eligible for cancellation, replacement, and/or return unless they arrive damaged, and our CC team should be informed immediately upon receipt with the image of the product received.

Return/Exchanges and Refund Policy

The delivered product must be returned within seven days, and the company will only accept the return if you haven’t used the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging.

If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded. A refund or replacement will be given on Damage & Wrong Products Only. RangRasiya reserves the right to either replace or refund the product ( depending upon product availability).

Returns for payments made via Credit Card/Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet, you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

We offer a pick-up service in most locations. However, if you self-ship your returns, we will reimburse self-shipment charges based on our Return Policy. For customers whose return behavior violates our policy, a delivery charge of Rs.60 will be charged on all orders, irrespective of order value.

Defective and Damaged Goods

All deliveries must be opened and checked thoroughly in the courier service person’s presence to verify that they are in proper condition and have not been tampered.

You acknowledge that if you fail to verify this and find out that the goods were tampered with or damaged during delivery, we cannot claim against the courier service for such damages. You agree that you will be liable for any such damage and release us against any claims relating to it.

We shall update the terms and conditions regularly, and you can review the recent version of the Terms and Conditions on this page.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions anytime and at our sole discretion. You are liable to regularly check the Terms and Conditions before buying the products from our website.

It shall be presumed that you accept the updated Terms and Conditions if you continue to access or use our website.

Agreement
